Mindfulness in Knitting Group

Learn about mindfulness as a relaxation technique through the medium of knitting (or crochet) as we discuss some of the topics in The Mindfulness in Knitting book by Rachel Matthews.

·       6 week group commitment; each group will be 2 hrs.

·       Many insurance plans accepted (you pay only your co-pay each session)

·       Only the most basic knitting or crochet skills required*

·       Materials will be provided.
